Refund policy

 

Original artworks are handmade, unique and one of kind. Materials can, therefore, vary in colour, shape and size. I often work with handmade paper which has deckled edges, and can fray if handled often. Back of artworks may not be 100% clean due to the materials I use. 

These inconsistencies are not deemed faults and exchange/refund will only be considered if there are defects in workmanship or defective materials, or faults caused by mishandling in transit. Claims due to damage by negligence, accident or unreasonable use will not be recognised.
Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of all descriptions, images and other information displayed but the customer must acknowledge there may be variations in product or materials.

Please check your items when they arrive. If you receive a damaged/faulty item, please email kirstieussher@gmail.com with your order number and some pictures of the damage as soon as possible / within 3 working days. We will happily send out a replacement, or offer a refund for damaged or faulty goods.
