Shipping policy

 

ORIGINAL WORKS

Original works are made and sent from the Melbourne studio to anywhere in the world. Please allow 5 - 7 days for preparation and dispatch. Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping option, approximately 3 - 14 working days. 

You will receive a tracking number by email which details the journey to you, it can take 24 -48 hours for the tracking information to sync. 

Local pick up available in Melbourne.

 

SHIPPING COSTS 

Costs vary based on the shipping location and the weight of your order. To work out your shipping cost online simply add the items you wish to order to your cart, fill out your shipping address, then see your total and delivery cost at checkout.

Rolled prints are priced per order. Framed print prices are per framed print.

 

PACKAGING

Frames are packaged in robust and protective sustainable materials to ensure the frame and window is kept secure and protected for the journey.

**PLEASE NOTE

As original works and art prints are sent from different locations, shipping will be charged for each order and two shipments will be sent out.  

 

 

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Orders may be subject to import and custom duties if you are located outside of Australia. We recommend investigating your own country import duties prior to ordering.

 

ISSUES WITH AN ORDER

If you experience carrier delays please follow up with your carrier with your tracking information, if the package is lost in transit we will replace and re-send the order at no charge. 

Please review and ensure you have given the correct address, as this destination address can’t usually be changed once an order is processed. 

If there are any issues with the products we are happy to exchange or refund for faulty goods, not for change of mind as art prints are made to order.
